Women entrepreneur Hasina Mukta’s effort

When masks were selling for around Tk 80 during the coronavirus outbreak, Hasina Mukta set aside other work and turned her garment workshop to making masks, pricing them at Tk 20. She then began producing protective gear (PPE) for doctors.
